- If there were to be one thematic goal for the entire company to get behind over the next 3-9 months what would it be? What would be necessary to achieve this goal? For example, if improving customer retention was the thematic goal what would be necessary to achieve this goal?
- Describe what would need to change at Company X to make your job more efficient? To make your department more effective?
- What does it mean to be strategic? To be tactical? What % of your time do you spend being strategic, tactical?
- What does the company need to do differently or more effectively to ensure that internal silos do not develop and impede customer retention?
