New Perspectives believes that developing successors is a primary responsibility of managers at all levels in an organization. We believe that most of this development happens “on the job”. Having IDP’s (Individual Development Plans) for all managers and their direct reports insures that “on the job training” will intentionally provide the experiences people need to develop their managerial and leadership skills. We can augment this development through leadership workshops. Below are some of the opportunities we work on with clients.
