As coaches we create a space where clients solve the issues themselves. In all our work we come from a position of “not knowing”. 

Instead, we strive to put aside “expert solutions” or “doctor prescriptions” in favor of questioning, listening, and testing observations. Ultimately, we believe the client knows the answers, we merely help them discover them. We believe in “transformation” for organizations and individuals, but we know that this only comes about through developing and adopting new practices.
